We've just received a fresh batch of pineapple plant material 🍍 all the way from Costa Rica - more than 500kg 😍. A big thanks goes again out to our partner plantation Grupo VISA S.A. Last time, we faced #challenges with the material due to its poor condition upon arrival – packaged in plastic bags, it not only generated unnecessary waste but also started to spoil. The inadequate processing hindered our ability to effectively incorporate it into our process. #fail
But this time, we've stepped up our game 🚀 Thanks to our collaboration with Nyblad, we've experimented with a new chopping technique - successfully! As you're reading this, our lab team is busy extracting pulp from these homogenously fine chopped pineapple plants. 🍍🍍
